Here is the lastest on state of the state of Cooke School

March’s Florida’s DBPR state exam report for the 1,146 real estate applicants taking the FREC I state exam from all schools, showed that only 27% passed. This was somewhat of a shock to everyone. For months and months the pass rate for the state exam for first time takers has been running around 50% to 54%, so the drop of some 25% was a shock to everyone.

I inquired to Alex Bosque at the Bureau of Education and testing and Alex sent me an email with a note of the various areas of study that students needed to concentrate on.

Our school received a report from PSI regarding how our Tennessee students were doing and for the month of March all passed the state exam.

The school has been working on the 116 Hour South Dakota Broker Associate course and we recently submitted it to the South Dakota Real Estate Commission for approval. The school received word last Friday, that with a few small changes, we will be approved. We at Cooke School are excited because this course will be the only pre-license 116 hour online course approved for South Dakota.

Other courses we hope to soon have available are 96 Hr Kentucky Pre-license Sale Associate Course and the 45 Hour North Dakota Pre-license Sale Associate course.
